Apartment + hotel pet waste service

Dog-friendly units fill faster and rent for more. The trade-off shows up on the lawn. Greentails keeps pet-friendly properties clean without adding anything to your staff's day.

How does it run on a property?

Hotels and apartment communities usually have designated pet areas and a set of waste stations. On each visit, every station gets scooped and emptied, dispensers get refilled, liners get swapped, and the areas residents actually use get walked and cleared, including the stretches between stations.

The biggest property on the route runs about 20 stations across the grounds. Service is twice a week, every station plus the common areas, and the invoice has been the same every month since the account started. Managers budget it once and stop thinking about it.

What does it cost you in staff time?

Nothing. No supply closet to stock, no maintenance ticket, no resident complaint thread. If a station is damaged or something on the grounds needs your attention, you get a text with a photo the same day.

The pet rent math

Dog-friendly units rent faster and carry pet rent, and you pay for it in grounds upkeep. A property where the stations are stocked and the lawns are clean keeps the dog owners happy and the non-dog owners quiet. A property where they aren't ends up arguing about its pet policy again every spring. Grounds service is the cheap part of keeping that working.

Turnovers

Pet units turn over with yards and patios that need a reset before the next tenant walks through. One-time cleanups handle those, priced per unit area, booked by text the same way everything else is.

Getting a quote

Call or text the property address. Jeffrey walks the grounds, counts stations, and sends the monthly price. Month to month from there.

Who supplies the bags?

Either works. Refilling from your stock is standard, or bag supply gets built into the monthly quote so there is still one invoice.

Can residents see a service schedule?

Yes. The loop runs on fixed days, and plenty of managers post them so residents know when the grounds get serviced.

Do you clean designated dog runs and bark parks?

Yes, designated pet areas are part of the loop: scooped on every pass, cans emptied, surfaces cleared.

Request a walk-through

Jeffrey walks the property, counts the stations, times the loop, and sends the monthly quote.

  • A monthly quote after one walk-through
  • Service days that fit your schedule
  • Month to month, no long contract

Or text the property address to the same number.
