The plain-language version of how service works. Your quote is the specific agreement for your yard.

Quotes and service

Quotes are itemized. Service covers the areas and schedule listed on your quote. Yard conditions that change the work, like a new dog or an added area, can change the price, and you will know before it does.

Access and pets

Gates need to be unlocked on service days and dogs should be inside during the visit. If we cannot access the yard, you will get a text, and a return trip may be billed as a visit.

Payment and cancellation

Invoices go out at the start of each month and are due on the 15th. There is no contract. Cancel anytime by call or text, and you pay only for work already done.

Weather

Visits run in rain, snow, and heat. If roads are not safely drivable, the visit is rescheduled by text.
