How boards usually set it up
Most start with a one-time cleanup of the common areas, then a weekly or twice-monthly schedule. The quote is a flat monthly amount after one walk-through, so it slots into the budget as a single line and the board votes on it once.
What does the arrangement look like?
Month to month, one flat line on the budget, one contact on the board or at the management company. Seasonal schedules work too: some associations run weekly April through November and drop to a monthly pass over winter. The board decides once and the green stays handled.
Can we do spring through fall only?
Yes. Seasonal schedules are normal for associations, usually a spring reset of the common areas, a weekly or twice-monthly pass through fall, and a lighter winter cadence or a full pause.
Who do residents contact about the service?
Your board contact or manager stays the point of contact, and Greentails reports to them. Residents never need the vendor's number, though plenty of boards share it anyway.
Does this replace the pet rules?
No, it makes them easier to live with. Owners still pick up after their own dogs. The service handles what slips through, which is where the complaints came from.
